Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Service Areas: Middlesex, Union, and Somerset Counties
Company: Grace Healthcare Services
Starting Rate: $20 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Part-Time, and Per Diem
What You'll Do
As a CHHA, your presence matters every day. You'll be trusted to provide:
Personal Care - Bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility support
Meal Preparation - Nutritious, simple meals tailored to individual needs
Home Safety & Comfort - Keeping the patient's space clean, safe, and supportive
Accurate Documentation - Recording care activity using CellTrak
Team Partnership - Communicating patient condition updates to RN Case Managers
What We're Looking For
Valid NJ CHHA license in good standing
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned counties
